CHANGES TO SPECIFICATIONS & PRINTING ORDERS
Any changes in Design Specification / Requirements for and in printing quantity ordered must be made in writing via email, and confirmed by telephone, to us prior to commencement of processing. Any increases in the Design Specification OR Printing order will be regarded as a separate contract unless written notification is received BEFORE any work commences on the original order.
Please note that a 10% charge of the total value of the original order will be made on all cancelled orders. Production and/or proofing costs relating to work already completed up to the date of written cancellation will also be charged for and deducted before any refunds are made.
