Please contact us immediately if you require any clarification on any issues relating to your order.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, whether made
on-line or in person, unless otherwise agreed in writing by a company director. Receipt of acknowledgement of an order by you, constitutes your acceptance that these conditions are the only conditions that apply to the contract notwithstanding any purported terms put forward by you.

PAYMENT

Payment will be required in Full at the time of placing your order. Payments are accepted securely via Paypal, direct from our payments Space Payments Page. Don’t worry if you need to top-up with additional “extra options” at a later date, we will help and advise you every step of the way.

CHANGES TO SPECIFICATIONS & PRINTING ORDERS

Any changes in Design Specification / Requirements for and in printing quantity ordered must be made in writing via email, and confirmed by telephone, to us prior to commencement of processing. Any increases in the Design Specification OR Printing order will be regarded as a separate contract unless written notification is received BEFORE any work commences on the original order.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Please note that a 10% charge of the total value of the original order will be made on all cancelled orders. Production and/or proofing costs relating to work already completed up to the date of written cancellation will also be charged for and deducted before any refunds are made. Domain name registration, or web-hosting packages already purchased on the client’s behalf are entirely non-refundable.

ARTWORK & ELECTRONIC FORMATTING

We allow minor changes (size, position, typeface etc.) to be made at the first-proof stage of all Design and artwork proofs. Thereafter, any changes to specification will always result in additional charges to the original estimated and agreed artwork charges, so please be aware of exactly what you require when submitting your original order, and carefully check all details on the subsequent proof.

For client-supplied Artwork we will always endeavour to produce a digital laser, or emailed, pre-ripped PDF proof, however, given the different technological processes involved this is only ever meant as an approximate visual reference and is not intended to be a final proof for colour or stock.

Please ALWAYS read, and tick-through the check list on our Supplying Artwork PDF if you are supplying your own artwork OR artwork prepared for you by a third-party designer/supplier.

You will be asked to sign-off FINAL artwork proofs. Your attention may be drawn to differences in screen resolutions, colour proofing and final printing technology and material variations. Please be aware that any errors to copy, position, size or layout, not corrected at final-proof stage, will be entirely the responsibility of the client. Re-prints and
re-designs are always chargeable !!!

We always endeavour to help and offer advice on software requirements and different formatting procedures . . . so please, please just ask.

SEO SCHEMES

We use your supplied and suggested Keywords in site construction, and can offer advice on paid advertising schemes (ie Google Adwords and BingAds). However, such is the competitive nature of Internet SEO and advertising, that no guarantee can ever be given on page rank positions at any time.

FORCE MAJEURE

We cannot be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising from any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to refund or reprint.

Privacy and Confidentiality Statement:

We use your personal information to provide the services you’ve requested (i.e. to respond to your Estimate Request, to fulfil your request to subscribe you to our Newsletters, Process your Orders or to register and purchase domain names and web-hosting on your behalf).

We will not pass your details on to any third parties.
